For those hard to find modules that are not available anywhere, simply ship us your defective module and we will repair and return it within 24 hours after entering our facility.

Order by 12:00 noon Eastern time and a rebuilt computer is shipped from the factory the same day. Return the core through normal channels.

To order you need:

• O.E part number (from the old computer) or the BSE part number
• Vehicle make, model, year, engine size, and VIN code
• Shipping address, contact person, and shipping method
• Billing information (distributor address and contact person)

For computers not cataloged or for customers who
want their own computers re-flashed

We can rebuild almost any computer. Your original computer is tested, rebuilt and turned around in two working days upon receipt. If testing shows your computer doesn’t need rebuilding, you’re only charged a flat testing fee. If your computer is un-rebuildable for any reason, you will have the option for a replacement computer.Need a flash update? Just send us your unit and we will re-program it for a nominal fee!!
